MA, LPC, Associate Therapist
Evelyn is dedicated to creating a collaborative and empowering therapeutic space where clients feel supported, understood, and able to show up as their authentic selves. -
Evelyn often works with clients who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm and are ready to better understand themselves and move forward with intention. She strives to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can process their experiences and feel genuinely heard.
Her approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, with a focus on tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. Evelyn frequently integrates techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and help clients live in alignment with their values.
She is passionate about creating a warm, culturally responsive environment where clients feel empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
