Meet Your Care Team

Support That Feels Human

At Newbury Counseling & Consulting, we don’t believe you need to have everything figured out to begin. We meet you with warmth, steadiness, and genuine care — whether you're carrying something heavy, navigating a transition, or simply craving space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

The People Beside You

We’re a small team of grounded, thoughtful clinicians who care deeply about the people we work with.

We show up with warmth, steadiness, and real humanity — creating a space where you can feel supported, understood, and able to move toward what matters most to you.

Julia has a way of making people exhale. With more than a decade of experience supporting teens, adults, and families, she offers a warm, steady presence for anyone carrying something heavy or trying to reconnect with themselves. Her style is grounding, honest, and deeply collaborative — a space where you don’t have to have the “right words,” just the willingness to show up as you are.
